Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Billy's responsiveness, integrity, and workmanship are top notch. He was able to get the Salon Building's gas leak repaired in less time than anyone else quoted. I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, wholesome, warm, and trustworthy come to mind.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. And an extra Thank You to all for saving the weekend. What an exemplary employee!

Update: I no longer recommend ClearWater Plumbers. After we called them out the last time for water backing up into our tub and toilet, I was incredibly frustrated with their service, recommendations and cost to clear a clog that turned out to be the beginning of roots blocking my line. When the plumber first arrived, he couldn't find the main clean out and gave up rather quickly. It turns out after he left and we looked for it, it was right in our front yard next to the sidewalk. I was charged over $400 just to remove the toilet, run an auger to clear the clog and run a camera that took at most an hour. After that was done and he discovered the roots with the camera, I was not given the option to try destroying the roots with an auger, or any other affordable solutions. Instead the plumber immediately jumped to recommending changing out our entire main line to pvc for a whopping $7k. The roots were not severe, and barely were beginning to creep in to our main line. After my own research, i realized there are definitely other options to try first before changing out your entire main line. When we were hesitant and not immediately agreeing to the absurd recommendation, he began going lower in his quote to try to get us to schedule that day. From that experience, we felt they took advantage of our desperate situation to try and make as much money as possible. The plumber was nice enough and respectful, but did try to push us on a extremely expensive solutions. Not to mention the cost to clear the clog would have been cheaper if he had located the main line. After this experience, i no longer trust this company to not take advantage of its customers and charge exorbitant prices for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend you go with someone else because if it comes down to needing them for a job you may be desperate on, they will take advantage of you.*** Old review***I was recommended Clearwater by my realtor. Customer service was nice and efficient and Zach came out to give me a quote. He came back the next day to fix a leak in my 1940s house under my toilet. They replaced old cast iron and lead pipe from the ground up and put in a new toilet. My favorite thing about him and his partner that did the work was how clean they were. They put booties on and laid down a tarp as not to track dirt from the crawlspace on my rug as the access was in my bedroom closet. Zach also invited me to look at their work under the crawlspace and took the time to explain any questions I had about the work he did or potential work I needed done. They were kind, patient and professional, and I definitely will be calling them out for any plumbing work in the future!

Tyler was very upfront, professional, and easy to welcome in to our home. I did think the price was a touch steep for the scope of work. That said from online scheduling to work completed in less than 4 hours and a guarantee on labor I am satisfied.

Sanders Plumbing put in two smart flush toilets for me in 2008, and I kept the business card because they were so professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves! So recently I called them for several plumbing issues: put in shut off valves under my kitchen sink and replace the faucet, plus fix the leaks on three of the handles in one of my bathrooms - these were 65 year old faucets, original to the house! They were able to salvage the faucets through sheer know how and an extensive collection of parts for old faucets.
I am again impressed with their knowledge, efficiency, courtesy, and complete professionalism. This also extends to their office personnel - Annette was very helpful and always courteous.
Plus, they clean up after themselves and leave the space better than they found it. How many plumbers can claim all of that?

The original plumber we called could not get the problem resolved quickly. We called Right Price and they sent a team to our house within an hour on the weekend. No charge for the service call which was great because it was a weekend. Their team quickly figured out how to fix the problem and we gave them the business right away. The owner, Mick, was very helpful and considerate. He gave us a senior citizen discount and was very honest about the work to be done. The icing on the cake was that it initially looked like we needed a new sub pump and more electrical work. Obviously more costly. Their team was able to recondition the existing pump and lines and no need for all the new items and cost. They could have easily have been the more expensive route, but saved us a ton with the fix. That was a life saver. Don't hesitate to call Mick and his team. They are a family owned business that still believes in old school honest customer service. They have a customer for life with us.
