My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. I first called Clearwater Plumbers upon a recommendation on NextDoor a couple of years ago. So it was a no-brainer to call them when I had a plumbing problem. I went to the website, filled out the form where I could pick out the appointment time. I had a confirmation call. Then Evan and James came out. They checked it out, gave me the low-down with choices (i.e., good, better, best). There was a sale going on. Good work by efficient, pleasant, smart people. They did an excellent job. They arrived fast & cleared the clog/backup that we had going on really fast.

I called this company to fix kitchen sink’s slow draining problem.They tried to fix it and I am told there is broken pipe under ground. I paid $215 for nothing and They asked me $350 camera check and $1900 labor per day. Five days later I have found another company and they fixed it and there was not any broken pipe or any issue.

If anyone needs a plumber I can't recommend this company enough! They were able to send someone out to my parents house today. My poor mom is dealing with a lot and today she had water all over her front walkway and in the flowerbeds. With the freeze she was worried it was a broken pipe. The man that came out was so nice and honest. Honestly, we are sad we didn't know about this company sooner. The kindness and professionalism that they showed was amazing! We will be having them back to fix other things when the temperature is a warmer. 100% support small business and please use this company! You will not be disappointed!
