My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

Update: Unfortunately, while one drain was cleared the original problem persisted. Fort Worth Plumbing Pros came out and were able to clear it out for good this time. So, my original review stands - This plumbing company has friendly, professional teams and they quickly fixed the problem. They're who I always call

Called and told them I had a slab leak. I wanted an estimate. This wasn't a service call for a stopped up drain. This job would have been $10k at the very, very least but they wanted $42.00 to come bid it? Who in their right mind would pay that? If they're going to nickel and dime a potential client at the outset I certainly don't want to work with them.PS - I have taken bids from several companies and none of them have charged me anything. The lowest bid so far is $28.5k. Your loss.

Have used roto rooter in the past with some satisfaction as far as quality of work. However used them again to come clear a clog and it was a complete cluster of a mess. The tech ran his snake the wrong way and came thorugh the toliet, completely destroying it and making a huge mess at the same time. The tech spent 7 hours at my house trying to unclog a leak and resetting a toliet that he had to pay for. They then tried to charge me for extra time for a total of $500 +? I objected and he said oh ok I'll just charge you the original quote of $265 (included a $75 weekend service charge.) Turned of there was a clog in the city sewer after all. Two days later the line clogged again. Called the city first and they found everything to be clear. It then took another day for roto rooter to come back out and check things again. The second time they ran a camera in there and found a small piece of plastic or something in the line causing the stoppage. The manager was rude when talking to me about the situation and cut me off as I was trying to explain something to him. I have decided to not use them in the future due to lack of professionalism and efficiency.

Men are quick and efficient. They came and did camera work at our home and gave me a detailed report of the findings. Cleaned up after themselves and wore mask for our safety the entire time. Highly recommend!!

I live in the northwest Dallas area which has had ongoing natural gas outages over the last several weeks. Sanders Plumbing is one of the many companies/contractors for Atmos Energy who are repairing and restoring resident's gas service and I was fortunate enough to have had them assigned to our home. The repairs took place over a 24 hour period as it was a large project...running a new gas line from the meter at the alley all the way to the house. During that time, their proffesionalism, courtesy and communication with me and my family was outstanding. Their efficiency was also amazing, like a well oiled machine. They really know how to keep customers happy and were nothing short of great. They earned a new customer in all of this as they will be the only company I call for all my plumbing needs. I'm very surprised at how many people have given this company 5 stars! Of course, I might have in the past. I have used them before and they came highly recommended. I first called on a Thursday afternoon and was told I would get a call-back for an appointment. Either they weren't using the company number and didn't leave a message or no one called me back. I called the following Monday and made an appointment. They told me 8:45 on Wednesday. No one showed up. I finally called at 9:45 and got lots of excuses why they weren't on time. The repair person didn't arrive until almost 10. Most services give you a courtesy call to say they are on their way. I received no call for that or to say they were going to be late. They replaced a garbage disposal. That night, I realized something was leaking. I called early the next morning (8:00) and was told that my number would be passed on the office. At 9:00 I called again and asked if I was on the schedule. She said all she could do was pass my name on to the office again. So at 11:45, I called again. The man I spoke with said he would get me in today and someone would call me when they were on the way. Second repair person came around 3:00 without calling. He replaced some PVC but it was leaking after he left. The next person that called around 4 pm wanted to schedule an appointment for the next day, a Friday. I told them I couldn't be home before 4 and he said he'd call the next day. He didn't call back so I called around 9:30 see if I was on the schedule. The man who answered acted annoyed that I called but I hadn't been told if someone was coming out. I gave them 1 star because the first repair person was very friendly. The phone people acted annoyed each time I called back and I'll say the feeling was mutual. If you are willing to put up with the lack of communication and the disrespect, these are your folks.
UPDATE: I talked to a friend of mine who had a kitchen redo. Her contractor used this company and she wasn't impressed with their work. Maybe they have enough business through the contractor, they don't need regular customers.
