Best Sewer Pipe Repair in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, wholesome, warm, and trustworthy come to mind.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. The plumbing technician came out and arrived within half an hour looking at everything and offering several different options. We are very disappointed with the service that we received from Mr. Rooter plumbing. The technician came out to one of our rental houses and did not correctly diagnose the problem, was rude to us on the phone and then gave our tenants conflicting I formation from what he told us which led to further problems. We then had to hire another plumber the next day who was very knowledgable and able to solve the problem over the phone. We tried to contact customer service and it has now been over a week to receive any sort of answer. I absolutely would not use this company and would find someone else.

The faucet on my kitchen sink had low water pressure on the hot side so we called Clearwater after reading some reviews. Two guys came and looked around the house telling me we had galvanized pipes, which we do because we live in an old house, and told me my only option was to repipe the entire house which was going to cost $13k and that wouldn't even cover us having to repair all the damage they would cause like taking out Sheetrock and digging trenches through the yard.While we know at some point this is probably something that we need to take care of but they NEVER even turned on the kitchen sink which was what I called about. I ended up having another plumber come out, he actually DID turn on the faucet and it turns out some little hardened piece of avocado or something got stuck in the screen. He took it out and the hot water pressure was back to normal. This is absolutely a lesson in doing your research and getting second opinions.

Called to see if they were hiring an instead of being given a number to call or information i was hung up on. Reflects on the company really well.

My home needed updated plumbing and these guys made it happen! Their hard working team put in the time needed to replumb my home and the price was much better than we had originally thought. They got it done, working almost nonstop in this Texas heat. I highly recommend them for their work ethic and honesty.

Jon and Chris were EXCEPTIONAL!! Not only were they on time, they were early. Both were very professional and went above and beyond to do an amazing job. They had to dig in my yard and were very careful not to destroy my grass in the process and put everything back the way they found it. I had a wonderful experience with this company today. The workers here are so friendly and helpful, specifically Johnathan the manager and Alec. Typically plumbers will refuse to give advice over the phone because they want the $$ for the visit. You guys were so transparent with me about costs. J & A tried to help me every way possible over the phone without sending someone out. I (as a college student) appreciated that so much. They even sent me pictures to help me further understand what I was doing to my drain. (I got a tool stuck while trying to remove clogged hair ) I’m so happy I called them. I will definitely refer everyone I know and make this my go to plumber for the future.
