I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

The plumbing technician came out and arrived within half an hour looking at everything and offering several different options. First of all $500 for something that didn’t even take an hour is outrageous. I had a leaking outdoor faucet and I was given an initial quote that I was okay with paying only to find out after the work began that there would be an additional fee. That is very unprofessional because the faucet was already removed. So if I would have said no then I would be stuck with a removed pipe and once the water was turned back on it would spew with no way of stopping it. And on top of that I would be paying $75 for a coming out fee. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Adding additional fees after the work begins leaves the customer stuck and not in a place to say no.

Replaced a 1972 tub faucet with new single handle control. I supplied the parts and Joyner did the installation which required sweating copper fittings in a wall. The plumber (who had 30+ years experience) wet down the area prior to the torch to insure no fire. The price was $30 less than they quoted because it took less time than anticipated. Our water heater was replaced earlier this year by LSP. Last week it stopped heating. I called LSP and they quickly ordered the part I needed. Unfortunately, parts are on backorder. My family is coming from CA for Christmas and I was panicked. They searched locally for the part, picked it up and installed it today! That is customer service! Zee came out and diagnosed what was wrong with my sewer line. He let me see the video feed and explained what I was seeing. He let me know my options and was very straightforward. His charge to clear the clog and identify the problem was a lot cheaper than other plumbers.

I tried to get several quotes but nobody could get as low as them, and when i hired them...they sent them out fast and it was complete, foundation patched back up before i got home from work. My friend has a commercial friend plumber that told me to make sure they did certain things.
