I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. The team of two young gentlemen where both professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and ready to work. We did a tankless water heater flush and general inspection of lines and home walkthrough. The plumbers had a wealth of knowledge on the topic and provided lots of tips and suggestions. Late in the afternoon a neighbor knocked on my door and asked me to come outside. The water meter at the curb was leaking and water ran down the street. We had a great experience with Cliff Morgan. He detected the location of our leak was in an area of flowers and bushes. He carefully and surgically removed 2 bushes that have been in existence for at least 25 years and replanted them after the repair. We had a pipe burst in front of our house one night and in trying to get it all worked out with insurance and everything we ended up without water for 4 days. Trusted plumbing came and literally saved the day like superheroes. They were able to find the true source of the problem and have a whole team out to fix it within a matter of hours.
