Best Sewer Line Problem in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. I live in the northwest Dallas area which has had ongoing natural gas outages over the last several weeks. Sanders Plumbing is one of the many companies/contractors for Atmos Energy who are repairing and restoring resident's gas service and I was fortunate enough to have had them assigned to our home. The repairs took place over a 24 hour period as it was a large project...running a new gas line from the meter at the alley all the way to the house. During that time, their proffesionalism, courtesy and communication with me and my family was outstanding. Their efficiency was also amazing, like a well oiled machine. They really know how to keep customers happy and were nothing short of great. They earned a new customer in all of this as they will be the only company I call for all my plumbing needs. Larry came out after Clearwater plumbing took our money multiple times and didn't correct any issues. Larry had us fixed within an hour and didn't try to throw in stuff we didn't need like the other guys. Thanks for taking good care of us!!

Was unfortunate to have a slab leak. Had been leaking for quite some time before I knew I had a problem. I do not live in the metroplex, but out about 50 miles from Ft Worth. They came within a day, detected the area of the leak using sound equipment. Other plumbers I had previously contacted told me they would HAVE to cut through my floor and very possibly through sections of my interior walls to detect location of the leak, so I was relieved to know I could avoid that extra damage to my home by the use of sound equipment!

They located area of leak and it was about 3-4 ft in from an outside wall. I asked if they could tunnel under the house to fix it and not go through my kitchen floor, which is how most slab leaks are repaired. They said that was possible and they put in a call to the guys who do digging for them. It was going to be another 5 days before they could come to do the digging with the equipment they have to handle such a large hole.

Five more days would have been difficult for me and my husband to deal with no running water in the house. So Jack and Jesse took on the job themselves right then and there! By that evening the leak was repaired, the hole refilled, and we had running water! They took great care to leave our yard in good repair also! Couldn’t even tell a hole had been dug!

This is a family owned plumbing company. They treat their customers like family also and have compassion for the serious issues that arise that put homeowners in a bind.

Plumbers Jeremy and his brother were very professional and on time. They did a thorough job on my root removal from the sewer and gave me quotes on the other things I need. It was obvious that they care about the customers and recommend what is needed instead of simply trying to make money off the customer. I like the fact its a family owned local company and they are trying to do what is best for the customer. I would highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them for my future plumbing issues.

A big thank you to Cliff for installing a new gas line for a range, adding a line for a pot filler and then trimming out the pot filler and a new touch faucet for the sink. Not only that but he assisted with the range install on a moment's notice. Great service, great work. I recommend him wholeheartedly!!

Honest and hard working, knows what they are doing

This company was recommended to me for their honesty, good work and reasonable price. And they definitely lived up to that. I especially appreciate as a woman that they didn’t try selling me on any extra work that wasn’t needed! I definitely recommend them!

TLDR: It’s been over 2 and 1/2 months, our main plumbing issue is still not resolved, we’ve spent over $1300, poor communication, and unprofessional.

My experience with Molberg Plumbing was one to forget. Over 2 1/2 months of working with Molberg Plumbing and my issues are still unresolved, with no clear direction on how to resolve them. Throughout working with Molberg Plumbing I have had to chase them multiple times for the next step on why our lines are still backed up.

January 26th - first technician comes out to resolve backed up toilets. bucket and auger did not work so they ran a cutter which pulled out some roots. This took a little over 2 hours and after leaving the toilets were still not flushing. Cost - $340

February 9th - second technician comes out to resolve the same issue and run camera. Checked line for clean outs, got on roof to scope drain lines. Camera found water and root penetration, attempted to clean-out line with sewer machine but was unable to clear stoppage, tried from the toilet but was unable to clear the main stoppage issue. Was told I needed to speak with the owner (Jordan) on next steps, at this point our toilets are still intermittently backing up. Cost - $505

February 24th - Jordan (owner) comes onsite to scope the issues and try to run camera again. His camera footage is conflicting with the information from the previous technician, unsure exactly where the line goes he says we will need to excavate. Provides an estimate later that covers: excavation of back of home, install 2 clean outs, run camera again, replace exposed drain line piping. Contract is signed and sent back on February 26th.

March 16th - 2 technicians came out to perform the contract work, after excavating the main pipe in the back yard they found “additional complications” and told me they would be unable to complete the work. Cost - $500

March 22nd - Jordan (owner) comes back onsite to scope new complications and provide new contract / terms for fix. We never received a follow up or a new contract.

April 4th - I reached out to Molberg Plumbing (because no one has contacted me) and they were unable to provide any update.

My toilet was fully functioning again, and they cleaned up wonderfully. The cost was quite affordable, and they arrived promptly.

Blue diamond was professional and on time. They cleared my clogged drain under my dishwasher and helped it prevent a bigger mess by putting down towels and redirecting the standing water in the dishwasher. Clean, on time and friendly. Great service!
