I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). The plumbing technician came out and arrived within half an hour looking at everything and offering several different options. Had a massive leak in main water line. Originally called out another service to see if they could locate the leak. The could not without further damaging the pipes. Quoted us a price that was pretty far up there. Called out Michael who also looked for the leak. He found two areas that were leaking. The quote he gave us was half what the other company wanted to charge. We, of course, had them come do the work. He was at the house and ready to go at the exact time frame quoted. Worked hard and was super nice. Took two days to fix our problem and now works better than before. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing repairs. They are reasonably priced and do great work.
