I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Please add my name to the impressively long list of satisfied Fischer & Boone Plumbing customers. My brief but satisfying business experience with Fischer & Boone Plumbing took place on Thursday, October the 26th.
Things started when I called the F & B office shortly 8 in the morning to make an appointment to have my annoyingly faulty, master bedroom toilet looked at and repaired. A young sounding lady by the name of Stacey (with a delightful phone voice) took my call and arrangements were made to have a plumber dispatched to my residence between the hours of 3 to 5 P.M. on that same day. But Stacey went on to state that there was a possibility that one of their plumbers might be able to get to my home earlier than the 3 to 5 P.M. scheduled window time. As it turned out, she was correct. I received a call from her in the early afternoon informing me that one of her plumbers could get to my place within the hour. Stacey asked me if the moved up in arrival would be okay with me? Of course I told her that it would be. So around 1:30, a Fischer & Boone plumber appeared at my front door. He was a amiable guy named Jim. And with his professional expertise, fixing my toilet was mere child's play for Jim. Inside of 15 minutes, my faulty toilet was good as new!

Although plumber Jim was only at my house for a short period of time, I enjoyed talking to him. He was a down to earth guy in his mid-fifties.
Hopefully, I won't have anymore plumbing problems again anytime soon. But if I do, I know who to call (Fischer & Boone Plumbing).

Great experience! I was needing some special help with a gas inspection and the team made it so easy and customized everything to my needs. Johnathan was pleasant to schedule with and even followed up afterwards to make sure the inspection went well. Seth came out promptly when scheduled, was polite, respectful, and even advised me on other needs I may have without being pushy. I’ll definitely call them again in the future. Very polloite, fixed what needed to be fixed and nothing else

I had the unfortunate situation of having a gas leak. The gas company required that I have a plumber out, on-site, when they came to inspect the issue. I called a few plumbing companies and was not having any luck finding anyone immediately available. Luckily, Hawkeye Plumbing was able to promptly come out. They were able to quickly find and resolve the issue causing the gas leak. They were very courteous and professional. And ensured everything was all taken care of before they left (putting the stove back in place, re-lighting the hot water heater pilot light). I would definitely utilize them again. And gladly recommend them.

Michael was on time and explained everything very clearly, helping us find and fix a leak in an upstairs fixture. He also flushed a tankless heater and had everything done in a friendly and timely fashion. Scheduling was also a breeze and they called to let me know/confirm that Michael was on the way. Thank you!

I am so pleased with the customer service that I received from Me Desmond today. He was on time, courteous,polite and respectful. He explained in detail of what he had to do to fix the problem I had with the fixer on my washer pipes. Me. Desmond did such a great job and the clean up was also amazing. Cody just left my house this morning and corrected another plumber's work by repairing the wax seal on my toilet. My toilet was lifted due to foundation repairs on my one story house. Cody took on the challenge of the repair and treated my issue like he would a two story upstairs toilet. Not only was he fast, courteous, and efficient, he was innovative and resilient. He saw the issue and found a solution. Then he also cleaned the worksite and did not leave a mess. Also, kudos to Megan at the home office, who always called back - was also courteous, and polite and answered all of my questions as well. I cannot give them enough props.
