This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, wholesome, warm, and trustworthy come to mind.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. This was our first time using them. Their service and expertise has earned our respect! Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their service.

After receiving an estimate to exchange my water heaters to tankless, I asked to begin the work. 5 weeks later and 4 broken promises of we'll be there they show up at my door with only a 15 minute noticed. 5 hours later the work is done and they charges is for 10 hours and 3600.00. That's a 56% mark up from the original estimate. There's so much more to this story, intercepting orders to my gas meter, trying to charge twice for the same work, etc. This was a nightmare that isn't over. I am still going to contest this charge, legally if I have to.

Byron Nelson. Owner came out the morning after I called. He replaced and installed 2 toilets in less than two hours. He removed the old toilets and all the packaging from the new toilets that I purchased. He was polite, thorough, efficient and I recommend him to everyone. I had multiple leaks under the house, causing flooding in my bedroom, a hot spot under my tile and a hissing sound that was concerning. The Plumber who came out, listened, diagnosed the situation, provided a solution, quoted a fair price, and deliver a timely resolve for this annoying problem. The staff was professional (the Master Plumber, his assistances and office personnel), they consistently arrived on time, clean up behind themselves (note, broken, leaking pipes where underground), and compared to other companies provide a fair price. This was a positive experience, the problem is gone (the solution diagnosed properly on the first visit). Called All Needz to have a gas line installed for a range. They did a great job, but when we installed the range we discovered the it didn’t slide back all the way due to the line. We called All Needz to let them know and they quickly sent someone out to fix the issue at no additional charge. Justin was friendly, responsive, and more than willing to ensure the job was done right. Great service!!
