I was assigned to them by my Home warranty co. The quote they gave me for modifications for replacing my water heater was very overpriced and unnecessary. EXAMPLE: $150.00 FOR A PAN THAT COST $20.00 IN HOME DEPOT . VERY UNSATISFIED AND CHOSE TO CASH OUT FOR MY REPAIRS
