I scheduled an appt. two days out. They called to double check availability & arrived on time.
The plumbers were very friendly, honest & straightforward.
I was provided a few options on how to best fix the leak.
I would highly recommend them.

I had an emergency shower faucet repair. The facuet would not turn off, water continually running. After receiving a few no availability today from emergency plumbing repair business some even as long as Monday before repairs could be seen. I contacted this service and they were responsive and came the same day. Once they arrived, they began the assessment and provide my quote for the repair.
He was straightforward on the pricing and timeframe to complete. I will consider for future plumbing needs.

A good, trust-worthy plumber is difficult to find. We had a slab leak under our home and we are extremely pleased we selected Express Master Plumbing, a family business.Jayson, with 20 years plumbing experience, serviced our needs. He located the source of the leak and had to jack-hammer thru the foundation to the copper pipe. They repaired the leak with a new, special expandable tubing which would solve any freezing problem. They sealed the hole by filling it with concrete. All of this was done in about 5 hours and in a very professional manner including their clean-up.
We highly recommend EXPRESS MASTER PLUMBING for any of your plumbing needs.
Oh, I almost forgot...E.M.P was our least expensive bid.

I hired MARS to prepare a 4 bedroom home for a move out inspection. They cleaned our carpets and did the maid services for the house as well. Awesome experience. Super attentive to details, did an awesome job and over delivered on the value. Most definitely recommend their services.

If you need last minute plumbing repair, Hildebrant's is definitely who I would recommend. We had called multiple plumbers for kitchen sink and dishwasher leaking and draining issues. Everyone else just did a short glance and wanted to charge us upwards of $1k to do basic repairs, Keith personally came out when all of his other crews were super busy and was able to recommend more in depth observations and repairs for much less than what everyone else was charging. He does take a little bit to do the work but it was quality work and not rushed. We appreciate the last minute availability and will be working with them again if needed.

Randles Rainbow did a great job constructing a new brick mailbox for us. they were prompt, communicative, and professional in their approach. They did excellent work for a reasonable price. I am so glad we contracted them to do the job.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
