I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Update: Unfortunately, while one drain was cleared the original problem persisted. Fort Worth Plumbing Pros came out and were able to clear it out for good this time. Scheduler said they would be at my house in the afternoon. When I called at 4 I was still scheduled. At 5:15 they requested that I wait until first thing next morning. Luckily my sewer wasn't completely blocked. Once the serviceman got here he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was finished in 20 minutes, ran a camera, and gave us an estimate for replacing my very old sewer line.

These guys are awesome. I was left without water due to a burst pipe and they quickly replaced it with better materials. They were able to squeezed me in, so I didn't have to go to a hotel or cancel Christmas. I'm very grateful for their service.

Had a water leak in one of my showers that caused me to shut off the main water line. Received a quote from another company that seemed slightly overpriced. Called Clearwater, they assessed the situation and gave me options the other company didn’t even offer at a cost of 1/3 less than the latter. Due to timing, they even offered a temporary fix to get me through the weekend. Monday comes and by noon my plumbing is back to an even better state that before. If in the future I need any additional service, I will be sure to have them do the work without question.

I really appreciate the work that Tyler the service technician took care of to clear my drain pipes. We could not find the outside drain cleanout, which he found out later was buried underneath the AC unit before I bought the home. When Tyler arrived for the service call my toilet and bathtub were not draining. Tyler climbed up on top of the roof and ran the equipment through a pipe on my roof near my bathroom area. It did not take too long before everything started draining again. I felt Tyler was very honest, trust worthy and professional.

Men are quick and efficient. They came and did camera work at our home and gave me a detailed report of the findings. Cleaned up after themselves and wore mask for our safety the entire time. Highly recommend!!

Shawn with Mr. Plumber was awesome to work with! They are a very respectful and professional company and Shawn was great to work with. They are very responsive and quick to help. Quote was on a timely manner and we didn’t have to wait forever for service. We had a small leak and a defective part (not on their side) and they were so helpful and quick to come and repair and replace what needed to be done! Highly recommend them!

Always go to One Way Plumbing for our plumbing needs. Our house was build in the 80’s abs we had had several plumbing issues and have called them each and every time and they fixed the problem at a fair cost. I will continue to us them!!!

Alek was the plumber that arrived and was very professional and very thorough in explaining the issues. He gave options of how to fix the issues without being too pushy and was prompt to be able to give quotes before doing the work. Definitely will use service plumbing company again and hope to have Alek next time!

These guys are top notch. The quality and detail they put into their work is everything you want. They replaced a hundred foot of cast iron sewer pipe with pvc and did a fantastic job. Things that stood out…they were fast, clean, they went the extra mile. I will be recommending and using them for all plumbing needs in the future.

Great service. Our technician thoroughly explained why there was two different clean out pipes and which one was what. After a few minutes, he was all done. He even put a rubber cap on the pipe to keep snakes out. Fair price and quick service. Thanks!
