I highly recommend Busby Plumbing. I called them for a clogged drain and toilet that was not flushing. They came out within a couple of hours, they were extremely thorough and professional, and very detailed what they were doing. They also provided me with some things I can do to prevent the clog drain, as it was also the main drip line for the AC units. Lastly, the cost was very reasonable and affordable. I will never use another Plumber except Busby Plumbing.

We just moved in to our home and had to call John late on a Friday evening and again on Sunday around noon to help us with problems inherited with the house. He is very knowledgeable and his work is very thorough. He explained our options and was patient answering questions. His fees were very reasonable, especially for weekend work. A pipe in our office kitchen busted. Called around to all plumbers in the area and this was the only one that offered to come look for free, same day. They came out and fixed the issue in about 45 minutes. Fast and friendly!

A good, trust-worthy plumber is difficult to find. We had a slab leak under our home and we are extremely pleased we selected Express Master Plumbing, a family business.Jayson, with 20 years plumbing experience, serviced our needs. He located the source of the leak and had to jack-hammer thru the foundation to the copper pipe. They repaired the leak with a new, special expandable tubing which would solve any freezing problem. They sealed the hole by filling it with concrete. All of this was done in about 5 hours and in a very professional manner including their clean-up.
We highly recommend EXPRESS MASTER PLUMBING for any of your plumbing needs.
Oh, I almost forgot...E.M.P was our least expensive bid.

Henry helped to seek out and address the cause of methane emitted in our bathroom. He was very helpful and educated me on how to address the issue in the future. So thankful we are a part of their membership program.

Clogged kitchen sink with a family of 6 doesn't work very well. I called DS on Thursday morning around 7:30am and they said they'd be out between 9:30-10:30. I got a call around 9 asking if they could come in the next 15 minutes. Even better! Wes showed up at my door with a business card to show who he was (great for a woman at home with children). He cleared the clog in my sink and was patient with the little ones keeping watch and asking questions. (Prevention tip: egg shells and garbage disposals don't mix...who knew?) Another plus...he cleaned up after himself and even cleaned up the mess that the sink had made before he got here. Really pleased with the service. Will definitely use again.
