From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

The scheduler called me when the technician was on his way, as promised. Braden took the time to address the real problem and left our outdoor drain in much better shape than before. He could have just done a quick fix but he took his time and did the job right. He was professional and informative, and was honest about costs for additional work that might be needed in the future. The cost for this service was exactly as promised in the estimate. I'm sorry other reviewers had a bad experience with this company - ours was good and we'd use this company again.

Morgan Leak Detection came to our home and found a leak under our hardwood flooring that another company couldn’t even find. We had new counters installed and went from a double sink to a farmhouse sink. They finished the countertops that evening. As a result my husband who is typically pretty handy could not reinstall disposal. So we went without kitchen sink that night and following morning after much effort on husbands part. So I called Leak Geeks about 1PM and they had someone to my house by 2:15. He was friendly, respectful and had this job done in no time saving us much frustration.
