Best Plumbing Service in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Brian and Patrick came out today to install a soft water loop and plumb in a softener/filter system. They did an outstanding job. They paid a lot of attention to detail in making sure the lines were nice and straight so I now have a showpiece install in my garage that is a joy to look at. They showed up when they said they would, called ahead, and were the nicest/knowledgeable plumbers I've ever run into. I will definitely be calling them again for my next project or issue. I cannot recommend them enough.

Replaced a 1972 tub faucet with new single handle control. I supplied the parts and Joyner did the installation which required sweating copper fittings in a wall. The plumber (who had 30+ years experience) wet down the area prior to the torch to insure no fire. The price was $30 less than they quoted because it took less time than anticipated. I had free toilet installed by the City. The technicians were professional well mannered and did a great job .

They were on time the younger guy was good at what he did however the other guy was just like we can’t do anything unless we get paid I didn’t like his attitude at all he is just like American Home War. They lie ,the people can’t speak English well they don’t understand you so you don’t get what you ask for I will never use them again

Cory and his assistant were great. They were on time for both appointments I had - One for Estimate and one for the work. I would not hesitate to bring them out again for any future plumbing needs that arise. I had them replace 14 Emergency water shutoff valves, install new washer water supply valve box, repair a toilet and repair kitchen faucet.

I have used them for around 6 or 7 years I think. This is the only plumbers that I would recommend to anyone

If anyone needs a plumber I can't recommend this company enough! They were able to send someone out to my parents house today. My poor mom is dealing with a lot and today she had water all over her front walkway and in the flowerbeds. With the freeze she was worried it was a broken pipe. The man that came out was so nice and honest. Honestly, we are sad we didn't know about this company sooner. The kindness and professionalism that they showed was amazing! We will be having them back to fix other things when the temperature is a warmer. 100% support small business and please use this company! You will not be disappointed!
