I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, wholesome, warm, and trustworthy come to mind.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Update: Unfortunately, while one drain was cleared the original problem persisted. Fort Worth Plumbing Pros came out and were able to clear it out for good this time. Sanders Plumbing is a great company to do business. They are fare on their pricing and the do the job right the first time. They have a great staff of employees from the workers, office staff and even the owner will take a job. Anytime I have an issue they are the ones I call.

Robin was a total professional and took care of my parents' issues ahead of schedule and under the initial estimate. These guys are not out there to make a dollar off you. After the way they took care of my parents, these are going to be our plumbers for life. We highly recommend them.

Fast and quick service

2 gentlemen showed up to my house within an hour of calling today, 5/12/2020. They were called due to the washing machine drain being clogged. They tried to go through the drain itself, to no avail. Then went onto the roof to go through the vent pipe with a longer snake, 75 ft. And still could not clear it. They, then, got a pressure hose and were able to clear out the blockage that way. These are the perils of owning a 60+ year old house that likely was never serviced before we moved in. They were very professional, yet kept a friendly demeanor, a good balance. The cost was still under $300, less than most quotes, and no fee for a site visit, which no one else I spoke to offered. Overall, they were less expensive, and fixed my issue as quickly as they could, even cleaning up after themselves! I am extremely pleased, and would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing service.
