After 8 quotes to replace the main sewer line in my home, I was convinced to call Roto Rooter. I am so glad that I did! The plumbers office called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Plumber arrived on-time and performed the job right the first time. We where even able to add installation of a new garage dispenser, without a hugh jump in price.

We will certainly be using them from now on and referring them to family and friends.

First he delayed due to a charity event, then no call back. Nothing.

TERRIBLE Experience. I found Berkeys on Google and made an appointment only to have them not show up. I waited over an hr after they called to say they would be there in less than 30 minutes but no one showed up. I own over 40 rental homes and I will only use TRUSTED local people from now on. This is obviously a very large corporate business that is more concerned with volume than quantity service. Use someone else.
