Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. I've had Service Company come help me with a couple of plumbing problems I've had that I couldn't fix myself with baby's first drain snake from Home Depot. Both times, they not only fixed my problem, they sent a camera down the drain to make sure there were no other issues, and they cleaned up after themselves really well.

Water heater hose leak. Plumber did not contact me before repair. We needed to discuss options before the repairs.

Michael was friendly and informative on the initial visit. He made the options clear to us and left a written estimate. On the return visit Michael, once again, was professional and clear on the process he was going to do. He communicated well and I felt comfortable with the service provided.

The NCT employees were prompt, friendly, and accommodating with my schedule. My project was more challenging than originally expected.
