My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Update: Unfortunately, while one drain was cleared the original problem persisted. Fort Worth Plumbing Pros came out and were able to clear it out for good this time. Only company to immediately answer the phone without rerouting me when I had an emergency slab leak on a Saturday. Their service tech Mo came out quickly, figured out the problem and was on the phone arranging diggers for a Sunday to expose the leak for repair and recommending a great water damage restoration service. So kind, reassuring, and professional - and on top of that reasonably priced!

Very easy to setup the appointment. They were professional and clean. Explained everything in detail in a way I could understand. Offered multiple options and suggestions.

Fast and friendly, ordered supplies I needed when I couldn't find it at other outlets.

Called for appointment and when man came out an 3:30 on Tuesday, told me it was going to cost time and half because job was going to take longer than 30mins. Asked him if he could come back another day.at normal charge, He told me he could come back on that Friday. Friday at 1pm I called company to ask if coming and office told me,she would call me right back to get taken care of , sad to tell ya never called back. Have left 2 other messages to find out if coming and no call. I had to call another company. felt like my business wasn't needed and wasn't important enough

David and Kevin did an excellent job replacing the pipes and fixing the gas leaks at my mom's house. I would call them back anytime. They explained everything that needed to be done and answered all of our questions and made my mom feel comfortable. Thank you David and Kevin.

After fixing the leak under my cabinet, installing a faucet and unclogging my washing machine drain, Gaberial called a mold abatement company for me to handle the mold under my sink caused by the leak. I will definitely call One Way for any future problems.

Great service

Cory and his assistant were great. They were on time for both appointments I had - One for Estimate and one for the work. I would not hesitate to bring them out again for any future plumbing needs that arise. I had them replace 14 Emergency water shutoff valves, install new washer water supply valve box, repair a toilet and repair kitchen faucet.

Our technician was very knowledgeable and communicated with us throughout the entire repair. We are very pleased with diamond plumbing and would recommend them to anyone!

I have used them for around 6 or 7 years I think. This is the only plumbers that I would recommend to anyone
