Best New Residential in Fort Worth TX

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.
Will update once repairs are made.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. Great.....they came in.....got the job done and had our pipe fixed and water back on...during the Winter Storm 2021

On time and pro guys. Kuddos to the slab leak they did on my den. It fixed my bathrooms slow drain problem. We initally agreed on fixing my washer that was backing up. 1400 later. ..and an what additional 1900 quote to fix another leak according to the tech. I tried scheduling them back. Thank God they never returned my call. I had the lines cleared bu another company that did it for $400. The competitor showed me the pipes. The grease buildup was never cleared by the $1900 i had to pay. Hope that was an honest mistake. Not hiring them again.

We just moved in to our home and had to call John late on a Friday evening and again on Sunday around noon to help us with problems inherited with the house. He is very knowledgeable and his work is very thorough. He explained our options and was patient answering questions. His fees were very reasonable, especially for weekend work. Impressive customer service. Mike came out and inspected my heating unit. I had been given a report that the unit was not operating properly by a Home Inspector representing the buyers. Mike took the time to inspect the upstairs unit, not once but twice so I feel confident enough to pass this on to the new owners. Professional and Trust Worthy. I'm keeping their phone number!

Kathlyn at HEB Plumbing gave us a bid on Wednesday and came out and replaced our aging water heater the following Tuesday. Her and her team are very professional and always follow through with what they say they are going to do, with no excuses. I recommend them without reservation.

Had them come out for what I thought was a slab leak. Turns out it was not. From the setting of the appointment to the intra day communication to the showing up on time everything was top notch. I found them to be professional and honest. Will use the for all my future plumbing.
