The technician, Chad, was very punctual, explained things in detail and put in a brand new Rheem 50 gallon professional series electric water heater in our house within 2 1/2 hours.
We are happy with the service of this company and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their water heater. The process was fast, easy and Chad was nice to work with.
