Best New Plumbing in Fort Worth TX

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.
Will update once repairs are made.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. I had Terry Working on the job within an hour I think, job well done everyone

We needed our tankless water heater de-scaled. We called multiple companies and no one would give us a quote over the phone. Brovo’s plumbing not only gave us a price over the phone but it was the exact amount at the time of service. They gave us a window between 8-11am and they were he in between that window with a curtesy call 30mins prior to them showing up.

Excellent and knowledgeable customer service. Very personable. Willing to help with even the smallest problem. I've never had them try to up-sell or swindle me. They'll recommend the right part and service, not the most expensive one.

I live on a rental property built in the 1950s. The plumber had parts I can’t even find already in his truck. I was truly impressed with how fast and professional they were.

Got contacted LSWS through American Home Shield for a leak. They had a lead time of a few days so I did some work on trying to find the leak and found it in the wall coming to the outside. Plumber came and spent 1 min at the property and said he would write a report for American Home Shield and they would get back to me. American Home Shield said they were not liable for the leak based on the LSWS report which I found odd since they only spent 1 min at the property and didn't even find or give me an estimate on how to repair. Called LSWS and left a VM. Still waiting on a response from them on what they put in their report to LSWS. Not sure what information was put in report. Feel ripped off of $75 for them to come out and do nothing.

Jake arrived promptly and was very helpful. He was knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond diagnosing the problem, explaining, and correcting a previous repair(outside of company) without prompting. Super thankful for his service, would recommend.

HEB Plumbing came in 1 hour to fix my stopped up sink. That's fast. They finished within 1 hour and the price was very reasonable. This is the second time I have used them. The first time was to fix a clogged drain in my washer dryer room. They came in from the drain outside and fixed it very quickly. I was pleased with their speedy clean work and the bill was surprisingly less than expected. This Company is owned by a sweet woman Kathlyn Smith whose family has worked for me for 30 years. The Smith family are great plumbers. TriCity Plumbing, owned by Ken and Debbie Smith remodeled my new bathroom last year. I will use only The Smith Family to do my repairs. TALT and Trey came out and repaired some outdoor plumbing. Trey is always reliable, honest, and knowledgeable. I use him for all of our plumbing needs.

Cliff did a great job for us when we had a leak in our plumbing under our house. He had a crew tunnel under our house and fix the problem. I would highly recommend Cliff for any plumbing job you have!

We had a water heater that was going out, so we requested service from our homeowners policy. That didn't go very well so long story short, we proceeded to take matters into our own hands and call different companies to get bids. We looked at Angie's List for companies. We talked with a few and decided on Wilson Home Services. The technician, Chad, was very punctual, explained things in detail and put in a brand new Rheem 50 gallon professional series electric water heater in our house within 2 1/2 hours.
We are happy with the service of this company and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their water heater. The process was fast, easy and Chad was nice to work with.

This place has changed so much over these past few years.
