Extremely unprofessional, paid bobby’s son to do a job, I paid him because he said he finished job, he wasn’t finished, has now confirmed 6 different times that he would show up to finish, no shows each time, definitely do not recommend these clowns.

We had a sewer odor in bath. Contacted Bernard’s and explained problem. I was told what the problem was before testing began. We had a leak in drain trap of which digging under slab was required. Problem was repaired correctly on our 60 year old house.

This company was amazing, I was unable to use any water in my house. They were out same day and had the issues fixed in less than a hour. Weldon was a great employee and knew what he was talking about. He came out listened to what I had to say and knew exactly what to do. I was very impressed and will definitely be using them again if I need to in the future! They were also on time, and where aware to not track anything inside the house. They had amazing customer service. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Very pleasant.

Earl from Peerless Plumbing Company Haltom City was nothing short of excellent. I called them on short notice for a sewage pipe back-up and he arrived quickly to diagnose the problem. Very polite, kept the area clean and completed the job within the timeline given. Will definitely call them for my plumbing needs in the future.
