This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

We had a leak under our sink before the shut off which caused us to have the water turned off at the main. JR and Dylan came out on a Sunday fixed the problem quickly. They were knowlgeable and professional. I was given an arrival window between 12:30 and 2:30. They called 30 minutes before and arrived by 12:45. They gave me a reasonable price in advance and completed the repair in about an hour. The company even called me after the service just to confirm everything went well. I really appreciate the work that Tyler the service technician took care of to clear my drain pipes. We could not find the outside drain cleanout, which he found out later was buried underneath the AC unit before I bought the home. When Tyler arrived for the service call my toilet and bathtub were not draining. Tyler climbed up on top of the roof and ran the equipment through a pipe on my roof near my bathroom area. It did not take too long before everything started draining again. I felt Tyler was very honest, trust worthy and professional.

The crew was awesome. We had a pipe break out our work and they came and explained everything that they would be doing. Everything was done in a day and a half. They were all super nice, friendly and professional.

Thank you for fixing my busted pipe so quickly and at a reasonable price. So many companies are trying to price gouge right now. Cory and his associate were amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will be using you for my future plumping needs.

I’m very happy I contacted Service company plumbing for a second opinion on a plumbing issue that I had. They came in and diagnosed the problem correctly and was able to pin point what was needed to be replaced. Very happy with the work they did and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Was unfortunate to have a slab leak. Had been leaking for quite some time before I knew I had a problem. I do not live in the metroplex, but out about 50 miles from Ft Worth. They came within a day, detected the area of the leak using sound equipment. Other plumbers I had previously contacted told me they would HAVE to cut through my floor and very possibly through sections of my interior walls to detect location of the leak, so I was relieved to know I could avoid that extra damage to my home by the use of sound equipment!

They located area of leak and it was about 3-4 ft in from an outside wall. I asked if they could tunnel under the house to fix it and not go through my kitchen floor, which is how most slab leaks are repaired. They said that was possible and they put in a call to the guys who do digging for them. It was going to be another 5 days before they could come to do the digging with the equipment they have to handle such a large hole.

Five more days would have been difficult for me and my husband to deal with no running water in the house. So Jack and Jesse took on the job themselves right then and there! By that evening the leak was repaired, the hole refilled, and we had running water! They took great care to leave our yard in good repair also! Couldn’t even tell a hole had been dug!

This is a family owned plumbing company. They treat their customers like family also and have compassion for the serious issues that arise that put homeowners in a bind.

If I could leave more stars I would! Desmond is a true professional. He found multiple leaks in my old cast iron pipes and replaced all of the pipes. Royal Flush did an outstanding job, and I would highly recommend them.

Josh was very nice, explained everything (In terms I understood). Josh kept me informed so I knew when to expect Zack to arrive. Zack was very nice, checked everything out and went above and beyond. Great people!!! I will definitely use them again!

Jon and his father have been to my home twice now to fix two different issues with my plumbing during COVID. They come wearing masks and get right to work. They fixed my clogged kitchen sink the first time and my washer cold water valve the second time. They were polite and curteous both times and left the area clean where they worked. In both cases, I was in need of a plumber immediately, and they were able to fit me into their schedules quickly without having to wait days to get my plumbing issues fixed!

Kathlyn Smith, Master Plumber went above and beyond in taking the time to review an inspection report on an older home with a short tight option period. She even gave me an estimated ballpark of repair items needed and shared extensive knowledge that I am grateful for. All of this during a hectic time when she had more than her share of work scheduled and backed up. Thank you Kathlyn, appreciate you!! Don't hesitate to try HEB Plumbing, she knows her stuff!

Very courteous and professional. They were fast and efficient and left no mess. I will surely call them again if needed.

Plumbers who came out were very nice. Were training a new person who stepped through our ceiling in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. We were understanding until it came time for them to repair the ceiling. First time we were told someone would be coming. No one showed up. Second time we were told someone would be coming. No one showed up. Third time someone came out to look at the damage, then came out a different day to do the repair. (I work nights, so time awake during my sleep, husband having to be off from work to be home with work crew). Then when its finally all said and done, we start getting nasty messages from the office person named Lanie about we need to pay our invoice TODAY! So it is now 10pm (my time), I paid their $2150 for the work they did and am out about that much for missing work. So just be real careful when using them.

Called these guys out fix a leak in my master bathroom. They were able to come out quickly and diagnose the situation. Not only that, they were also able to catch other issues that I had no clue about, which included a break in my dryer vent. Work was really good, the guys are very friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend these guys.
