I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, wholesome, warm, and trustworthy come to mind.

Clearwater's Plumbers has consistently been a reliable company when called on to do service. Their plumbers communicate well and often. Very relatable and easy to talk to when I inquired about our plumbing issues, they even gave us suggestions on how we can improve our older house; without pressure to purchase anything. Replaced a 1972 tub faucet with new single handle control. I supplied the parts and Joyner did the installation which required sweating copper fittings in a wall. The plumber (who had 30+ years experience) wet down the area prior to the torch to insure no fire. The price was $30 less than they quoted because it took less time than anticipated. We just moved in to our home and had to call John late on a Friday evening and again on Sunday around noon to help us with problems inherited with the house. He is very knowledgeable and his work is very thorough. He explained our options and was patient answering questions. His fees were very reasonable, especially for weekend work. I hired Molberg on my new construction project. I can't recommend Molberg Plumbing because they walked off my job before they completed it. They stated staffing shortages. However, even though Jordan was always nice and likable, he lacks the experience that is needed to not only lead his team but to follow through on his agreements. I over looked multiple mistakes on my job trying to give them the opportunity to learn and grow. Then with huge disappointment I receive a letter that he is terminating our agreement. This puts my project in a bind. It's very difficult to find a company willing to take over at this stage where Molberg walked away. If you are in new construction, I would recommend you look else where.

We've had Ken Smith do several large (and a couple small) jobs over the past few years. Ken is very professional, knows his stuff inside and out, and is up front. He won't be the cheapest, but if you need expertise, I'd certainly recommend Ken and TCPC .
