Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

Called Bravo's Plumbing due to a leaking outdoor faucet that was leaking behind the brick. They promptly arrived within 30 minutes of my call. It was not an emergency, they just happened to have someone nearby available. Josh quickly found the leak between the brick and wall and recommended a new hose bib (faucet). Finished the job in less than 45 minutes. He was very professional, wore shoe covers to not track debris into my home, and was very friendly. I would recommend this company to others for prompt service and fair pricing.

From the onset, Jeremy and his fellow Service Pro Anthony introduced themselves and then got right to work. He looked over the area of my bathroom that needed to be fixed and explained in detail what he would be doing to take care of the problem. Definitely went above and beyond. Had a sewer line issue. James came out and located issue right away with camera. Ended up having to jackhammer through slab to get to break. Work was very professional and super clean. I would highly recommend James and Master Repair for any work!

A few years ago, after my foundation was repaired, I called Royal Flush , my repair gentleman, Jessie , gave me a honest quote, years later I need a plumbing company to give me a quote on my hot water heater. I called Royal Flush first due to my first impression, hoping that Jessie was still with the company. He was and he showed up for my appointment. Well, after much deliberation on different options, he spent the entire day here to replace my hot water heater, lots of different repairs with under sink pipes, etc. He worked nonstop. He is very honest , and I will never use any other company! Do not look anywhere else for your plumbing needs.

Not a happy customer at all. The technician did not seem knowledgeable and customer service was not willing to work and provide service with a senior technician. Asking for a different technician, is not an unreasonable or impossible request, I guess.

Jon and his father have been to my home twice now to fix two different issues with my plumbing during COVID. They come wearing masks and get right to work. They fixed my clogged kitchen sink the first time and my washer cold water valve the second time. They were polite and curteous both times and left the area clean where they worked. In both cases, I was in need of a plumber immediately, and they were able to fit me into their schedules quickly without having to wait days to get my plumbing issues fixed!
