Best Kitchen Faucet in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. I had Terry Working on the job within an hour I think, job well done everyone

Update: Unfortunately, while one drain was cleared the original problem persisted. Fort Worth Plumbing Pros came out and were able to clear it out for good this time. So, my original review stands - This plumbing company has friendly, professional teams and they quickly fixed the problem. They're who I always call

I'm making an assumption here that this location is also supposed to serve the Euless, TX area. I came home from work last night shortly after 8 p.m. to find both my toilets seeming to be clogged as the water would fill to the top of the bowl and then recede but never really flush. I called the emergency number for my area only to have the phone continuously ring for what seemed like 5 straight minutes before somebody from an after hours call center answered. I told them the problem and gave them my phone number to have someone call me back. I've still never received a call. 24/7 emergency service is a joke unless it has a different meaning than it implies. In any case, I've already resolved my problem with no help from Mr. Rooter. If you have an emergency, I wouldn't recommend this company. If I have reviewed the wrong location for my area, my hope is that the proper location will be advised of this review.

Bravo's Plumbing arrived on time and fixed my water leak in the wall behind my toilet. Very professional! Ben took the time to explain the issue and he even had the supplies on his truck to fix it. I highly recommend Bravo's plumbing!!

Chrispy was awesome. Came out and got my shower fixed. I'll be using ClearWater again when I need any other plumbing issues fixed!

They're on the high end cost-wise, but they know what they're doing and will get the job done. They're also one of the few that has a 150ft plumbing snake.

Jack at master repair plumbing did lots of work on our house and did a wonderful job on it all.

They never showed up! When I called they said sorry their plumber went home. Owner said there was nothing she could do. Avoid!!!

All around terrible experience. Cody spent about 60 seconds looking at my broken exterior faucet and made the prediction/warning that he makes to all his customers that it wouldn't be covered by the home warranty. Sure enough he reported back that my water hose broke the faucet and therefore not covered by my home warranty. Wow, he really called it! He also got super creepy by asking me if it was just me that lived in my house. Would NEVER recommend this company.

I had an emergency shower faucet repair. The facuet would not turn off, water continually running. After receiving a few no availability today from emergency plumbing repair business some even as long as Monday before repairs could be seen. I contacted this service and they were responsive and came the same day. Once they arrived, they began the assessment and provide my quote for the repair.
He was straightforward on the pricing and timeframe to complete. I will consider for future plumbing needs.

I strongly recommend HEB plumbing. We had a plumbing issue as soon as we moved into our new home. We decided to call Kathy's team. She was great with communicating and giving a heads-up. Eric from her team arrived promptly and resolved the issue in a very fast & effective way. He completed the job, double checked everything & cleaned up as well. He explained the billing, gave me a business card, a magnet and thanked me for giving them a try. Their prices are very reasonable! I would strongly recommend them to anyone trying to resolve plumbing issues and I will not hesitate to use their services again in the future. Kathy and her team deserve 10 stars!
