Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

Replaced a 1972 tub faucet with new single handle control. I supplied the parts and Joyner did the installation which required sweating copper fittings in a wall. The plumber (who had 30+ years experience) wet down the area prior to the torch to insure no fire. The price was $30 less than they quoted because it took less time than anticipated. I’ve been using Lasiter and Lasiter for several years. They don’t charge the initial service call fee for an evaluation like so many companies do. Every plumber that has come out has been excellent. They evaluate the situation and we talk through it - they never talk down to me, and are always professional and polite. I won’t use anyone else.

Body, Skylar, and Jovi have all been very helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. They take their time to get the job done right the first time. I really like the text updates as well as how they take pictures of all their work and parts that they use to keep on file. Good warranty and very organized. Prices are also very fair.
