Best Kitchen in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, wholesome, warm, and trustworthy come to mind.

Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

The plumbing technician came out and arrived within half an hour looking at everything and offering several different options. Had a leak in my main water supply line. I was pretty sure where the leak was, but when I called Clearwater they said that the entire line would have to be replaced. I asked if they couldn't just find the leak and fix it, and they said no. They quoted me a price between $6,000 and $10,000 for the new line, depending on what method they used. Ouch! To their credit, they didn't charge me for the estimate. I hired my neighborhood handyman to dig up the pipe and locate the leak. Four hours and $80 later, he had excavated and located the leak. I called another plumber and they sent a truck right out, and they repaired the leak for $175. Total price for repair: $255. The lesson: Don't trust these guys. They will try to sell you services you don't need. Companies like these give plumbers a bad name.

I had a wonderful experience with this company today. The workers here are so friendly and helpful, specifically Johnathan the manager and Alec. Typically plumbers will refuse to give advice over the phone because they want the $$ for the visit. You guys were so transparent with me about costs. J & A tried to help me every way possible over the phone without sending someone out. I (as a college student) appreciated that so much. They even sent me pictures to help me further understand what I was doing to my drain. (I got a tool stuck while trying to remove clogged hair ) I’m so happy I called them. I will definitely refer everyone I know and make this my go to plumber for the future.

These guys are top notch. The quality and detail they put into their work is everything you want. They replaced a hundred foot of cast iron sewer pipe with pvc and did a fantastic job. Things that stood out…they were fast, clean, they went the extra mile. I will be recommending and using them for all plumbing needs in the future.

Had a sewer line issue. James came out and located issue right away with camera. Ended up having to jackhammer through slab to get to break. Work was very professional and super clean. I would highly recommend James and Master Repair for any work!

I requested service through American Home Shield and they scheduled us with Lone Star Water Services. I was extremely impressed with the office staff who contacted me as well as the technician who came out. James had arrived at the very beginning of the service window and have the problem resolved very quickly. Additionally, James offered advice on how to prevent future Main Line stoppages as well as how to troubleshoot them. I will definitely be using that again whether or not we go through Home Warranty. Thank you for amazing service, James!!!

HEB Plumbing review

This was my 2nd time using HEB Plumbing (The first time was for a separate issue). Both times were good experiences.

On Thursday night (3/18), I noticed my water heater was leaking. On Fri, I called 4 different companies - 2 did not answer, 1 was booked until next Wednesday. When I spoke to Kathlyn, she realized the urgency of my issue (lack of hot water) and was able to send someone out 1st thing Sat morning.

2 gentlemen arrived Saturday AM (on time). They tried to repair my water heater, but unfortunately it had to be replaced. They were very honest & gave me several options: the cheapest being buying my own water heater at Home Depot and having them install it.

By noon I had hot water! Kathlyn called me later that day to schedule my inspection with the city. I told her my only (minor) complaint was them reusing my T&P off my old water heater. Once I explained my concern to Kathlyn she had someone come out to make things right.

Overall, I was very pleased with HEB Plumbing and would definitely use them again in the future. They are very fair, quick to respond and Kathlyn is very dedicated to make sure you are a happy customer.
