Best Installation Service in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. I had Terry Working on the job within an hour I think, job well done everyone

Update: Unfortunately, while one drain was cleared the original problem persisted. Fort Worth Plumbing Pros came out and were able to clear it out for good this time. So, my original review stands - This plumbing company has friendly, professional teams and they quickly fixed the problem. They're who I always call

I'm making an assumption here that this location is also supposed to serve the Euless, TX area. I came home from work last night shortly after 8 p.m. to find both my toilets seeming to be clogged as the water would fill to the top of the bowl and then recede but never really flush. I called the emergency number for my area only to have the phone continuously ring for what seemed like 5 straight minutes before somebody from an after hours call center answered. I told them the problem and gave them my phone number to have someone call me back. I've still never received a call. 24/7 emergency service is a joke unless it has a different meaning than it implies. In any case, I've already resolved my problem with no help from Mr. Rooter. If you have an emergency, I wouldn't recommend this company. If I have reviewed the wrong location for my area, my hope is that the proper location will be advised of this review.

Showed up on time and done a great job fixing my problem

DO NOT USE This company. You WILL BE taken advantage of and severely over charged. I used this company not only at work once but for my home and was taken advantage of twice.First of all I'm not working much but the day I had to be in the office is the day they were gonna come out and I let it known I wanted to be home so I could see and hear the diagnosis and get an estimate because during this covid-19 situation finances are a huge concern. I told them any time after 1pm was a good time and I would be home.Sure enough no one listened and I get a call while I'm at work that they are on the way so I panic and start calling fiends:family to come over. Very inconvenient. My issues was a clogged toilet and I didn't have a snake at home, also a small leak behind the seal in the back. The guy wasn't there long bases off what my friend told me wh I had called to go to my house, also I WAS NEVER called to hear what was wrong and if I wanted them to replace the cause of the issues instead the work was just done and the gentleman left. No call no nothing no invoice left. So then I get a call today that the work was $425, are you freaking kidding me!? For what...oh to unclog the toilet and replace the. Flange. I know what the part of the pipe does and how much it costs I had it repaired multiple times through out my old house. Clearly they took advantage of me because I have had worse issues and never paid over $275. It's sad that when I talked to the gentleman and the owner about this situation and that I didn't appreciate the fact that no one listened nor kept me in the loop about the issues and what the financial part looked like and just did it and expected me to pay was ridiculous. The worker said oh well once we get in there we just do it and the customers pay.um no sir that's not the way things work and that is a sorry excuse. I called the owner then and what a disappointment that was, he was NOTany better and his lack of professionalism about the entire situation was absurd. The policy according to him is what the previous worker said they Just get in there and do the work and expect the bill paid without communicating financial aspects of things. I never received any voice or written receipt of what they did nor did I sign anything. They are out of their minds if they think they will continue to get away with this kind of service and treatment to their customers. Save your money people DO NOT CALL JOYNER you're better off calling roto rooter or some other plumbing service!

We have been using Fischer and Boone exclusively for almost forty years. They have taken care of our plumbing repairs in five houses as little children grew up to be some of their licensed plumbers. Most recently we had a very difficult stoppage in a sewer line and they worked tirelessly to resolve the problem. Their fees for repeated trips involving several hours work each time were very fair and their work was high quality. We don't shop around when we have any plumbing need.

The City of Fort Worth had new meters and all new gas lines run in our house. We were very lucky to have Sanders Plumbing do the work. They were knowledgeable and kept us up to date on all the work. They finished on time when they said they would. Very respectful group. I will use them again the next time I paying for it!

Our water heater was replaced earlier this year by LSP. Last week it stopped heating. I called LSP and they quickly ordered the part I needed. Unfortunately, parts are on backorder. My family is coming from CA for Christmas and I was panicked. They searched locally for the part, picked it up and installed it today! That is customer service! Thank you so much and call them if you need any plumbing help.

Great experience! I was needing some special help with a gas inspection and the team made it so easy and customized everything to my needs. Johnathan was pleasant to schedule with and even followed up afterwards to make sure the inspection went well. Seth came out promptly when scheduled, was polite, respectful, and even advised me on other needs I may have without being pushy. I’ll definitely call them again in the future. Thanks for being so helpful in a slightly stressful time!

Michael was on time, very professional and courteous. He laid tarps in pathway to Master bath and installed a new pressure assisted tank and bowl. Checked to make sure old flange was in good shape (it was) and installed the new one. When finished he tested everything making sure it was working properly. Hauled old toilet away, picked up tools, tarps and bath was as clean as he found it. 5 Stars is all they give but Michael is at least a 6 Star Plumber. Master Plumbing is Lucky to have Michael working for them. When I need a plumber I’ll call Master and ask for Michael job well done! Thanks
