My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. And an extra Thank You to all for saving the weekend. What an exemplary employee!

We called roro rooter for a clogged toilet, the plumber was here for 20 minutes and charges us $326.37, absolute rip off. Shows on invoice that he flushed the toilet sevral time to test the lines. Lot of work to depress the toilet lever.

Currently, in my neighborhood, there is a subcontractor (I do not know the name) that is installing fiber optics on behalf of ATT. For the 2nd time within 02 weeks, our indoor plumbing backed up, causing damage to the interior of our home. We called Hawkeye Plumbing to investigate why we were having this issue. Thanks to Hawkeye Plumbing, it was determined that ATT's subcontractor bored right thru our main sewer line. The subcontractor dug up the area, and as Hawkeye Plumbing had identified, the subcontractor did in fact bore thru our main water sewer. Thanks to Hawkeye Plumbing, the main sewer line is repaired. Now if ATT would do the right thing and reimburse us for the repair and damage to the interior of our home. I have reached out to ATT, and supposedly ATT will contact us. Should I hold my breathe? Thanks a million Hawkeye Plumbing.
