John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

My sister and I noticed a leak in the master bedroom vanity sink. Well, this small leak turned to a steady flow of water. No ifs, ands or buts..we called Clearwater to do the job. I have called Clearwater before and have always been pleased with thier work and prices. Clearwater sent Evan and James who arrived punctual and immediately put on thier paper shoe shields before they stepped into our home. Very clean uniforms..polite and very professional. The biggest plus...honesty.It would have been a bandaid to just fix the leak and replace the faucets,but we decided to have them check the water heater too. So after Evanand James inspected the water heater..ee decided to replace it. It was over due to replace. It was full of sediment..turning our water dark. We also became Otter members to receive 10% off on future work. We are so pleased with thier work and would highly recommend Clearwater to family and friends.

The experience was great. The office personnel were excellent, friendly, informative and communication was also great. The technician was on time and very helpful. Checked the entire plumbing system for a leak and resolved our problem. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I had a same-day call. They arrived 30 minutes before the time I was told to expect them (but they called to give me notice). Don and Michael were a pleasure to work with, extremely courteous and thorough. I had an unclear problem with the water reported to me by a tenant. Michael crawled throughout the entire underside of the house to ensure there were no leaks, they checked my meter and did everything they could to diagnose. It was very comfortable having them in the house, I will definitely be calling Hildebrant's again with any issues in the future. Very great company! Will call again for issues. They installed a new tankless water heater and we had some issues with the electrical company that followed up (not associated with them) saying the T.W.H. was incorrect for our current breaker and a new wire for a 50 amp breaker (we had a 40 amp) would have to be ran. Texas Plumbing Repair pulled their own electrician (busy earlier that day) and their manager both personally came out on a Friday evening for a second opinion. Their electrician confirmed this T.W.H. can be updated to 50 amp breaker without rewiring. They covered the electrician charge due to the inconvenience. Just amazing. After completing that very evening, it popped the next morning but not since. I talked to the manager through this whole process and he was so helpful and professional. As were the related employees. Prices were fair for the new installation. Highly recommend.
