I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

We needed a washcloth removed from a toilet. It turned out to be only 6' down the drain, but the charge was $179. The plumber was only here for 15 minutes or less. The cost seems excessive. I called the day before and paid a $99. downpayment but the night-plumber said he could not get here until 2:00 A.M. so we decided not to use him. He was not the most cordial person, but he was likely overwhelmed with all the frozen pipes, and I'm sure our problem did not seem as urgent. The next day a plumber came and did a good job and was quick and courteous, but the price seemed out of range for such a small, quick job.

Desmond did such a great job! Our pipes busted in the winter storm. Desmond fixed our leaks and got our water back on. His prices were reasonable, he communicated when he expected to arrive and he did a great job. I have already referred 2 friends to him. I had the best plumber today at my house. He answered all my questions and he knew exactly what to do. His truck was a rolling plumbing supply house. He did a very professional job, very clean, protected my home with shoe covers, protected my floors, fix my tub valve and was in and out in an hour. I finally found a plumber that I will use for all of my plumbing needs from this day forward. My mother needed a plumber and I recommended Delta 1 Plumbing to her as well. Daryl at ABC Plumbing is always my go-to whenever we have a plumbing issue. We unfortunately had a leak in our kitchen last weekend and Daryl came out within 2 days to figure out what caused the leak, helped me order the correct part and immediately booked me in the first available opening to get the repair fixed fast. He has also fixed several of our leaking toilets and replaced shower faucets for us. Can't thank him enough for his expertise and professionalism and highly recommend reaching out to Daryl for any plumbing help.

Always come and fix it right the first time. Cleanup after themselves. Rates are reasonable.

These guys are the absolute best. They do everything. I had them help me on a couple flip properties as well as my primary home. They handled drywall, major plumbing, painting, irrigation etc. I'd trust Mars Services with anything I need.

Technician (Plumber) Josh Snyder of KMP Plumbing is a GREAT plumbing technician.I had a shower faucet valve that did not shut off. Yikes! I had water pouring into the shower pan and needed an emergency call-out at 7 PM.KMP dispatch was very understanding and had technician Snyder at my home in an hour. Josh quickly diagnosed the problem and installed the new plumbing part that fixed the problem.KMP Plumbing has been in business many years and it shows with excellent service, knowledgeable techs, and very reasonable service and parts rates. A 5-Star + company.Thank you!

I had the most horrible experience. Plumber came for diagnostic and everything when fine. But when the plumber came out to complete the repair he did not have all the needed parts. He did not tell me this until he did half the job, so I could even refuse service to find another company. I gave him the code to the house on Friday so the repair could be done over the weekend because the city had to inspect before I could close on Wednesday. Unfortunately SWAT didn't do the repair until after 3pm Tuesday. I had to call myself (the plumber is suppose to do this) and beg for an inspection the next day just to make my closing. Still waiting in the manager Kim to call me back, which she was going to do yesterday..

All about the money. Would not recommend this company.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
