John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

On Tuesday July 26, 2022 we called Mr. Rooter because of a clogged drain in our kitchen. I explained to your technician, Brett, that we had a clog and he suggested running a cable in the drain to unclog it. Brett ran the cable all the way out once and back and told me that there was grease in the drain. I asked if he could run the cable again and he told me that it would not remedy the problem because the cable would just go through the clog and the clog would reseal once the cable was retracted. He billed us $365.50 and left as quickly as he arrived. All we had to show for our time was a invoice that stated:

Clogged island sink. Ran cable attempting to remove blockage. Ran 75ft. Pulled back cable, incased in grease over 40ft of cable. No foot
vent installed. Recommend treating with sizzle or finding a company that will hydro jet from the interior. Unable to clear grease.

We did as he suggested to no avail. We called one of your competitors to hydro jet the same area. They advised against using hydro jetting because of the possible mess and hazard that it would create. They wanted to use a cable too but I was reluctant because of what I was told by Brett. Nevertheless, they convinced us to try the cable again and were able to clear the drain. The new plumber asked, Why did the first guy only run the cable one time? I now have the same question. We paid for a service and only received half effort, excuses and disappointment. I am so angry that we went four days without access to our kitchen sink only because of your technician's lack of effort.

We had to pay someone else to do what you should have done the first time!

Royal Flush helped us with a ton of work on an aging house. New water lines, new sewage lines, new nat gas lines, ... even a tankless water heater. They were very professional and affordable considering the extent of the work. They also did an excellent job installing and fitting everything.

Delta one came out to my house and unblock a stoppage I had and then they kamerad it and told me the exact problem I had and then gave me a price upfront to fix it price was reasonable

Shawn and Aaron did a great job replacing my water softener system. They were actually early to the appointment, they installed it where it was out of the way but still easy to fill. They were very professional and helpful and made sure that they got the job done right. They even cleaned the garage floor where my old one had overflowed and salt was stuck to the cement before installing the new one. That is customer service at its best Thank you! Awesome job guys!

We spent $1200 getting the hot water heater up to code using Witt. A service man, Anthony performed the work and ever since there have been several leaks, none of which existed prior to Anthony's visit. He always passes the blame and now, once again, after having a 2nd leak at the thermostat, he blamed someone else for having over tightened it.

When we called him back out the first time, he said he did us a favor by not getting the city out to inspect it as it wold have prolonged the repair by a couple of days. I said, we paid you to fix it, not cut corners. We didn't ask nor give permission to cut corners, I'm sure the city would like to know. That's when he decided to go ahead and fix the leak he caused.

Anthony has been the only to ever service this unit since it was installed 10 years ago and He says that I am just trying to get something for nothing. I said you were paid to bring it to code and leave it working properly and safely as it did before he came out.

Have diagnosed and fixed a gas leak, a water heater pressure release valve malfunction, and a double slab leak (both hot and cold, in different locations at the same time). Always efficient, honest, and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Plumbco does right. Unfortunately I had to have a sewer line repair to root damage in fall of ‘21. Today was a water main service line repair. Derek the first time and now Omar have done excellent work. Patient, punctual, and great at explaining things to dummies like me.

I was very well pleased and they were quick and very helpful. I was called to schedule an appointment between 11:00 a.m and 3:00 p.m. and they arrived earlier than expected. I wasn't sure as on the phone it was between 11 & 3. But on the email it said between 3 & 7 p.m. I had to be home so it didn't bother me, just wasn't sure when they would arrive.
