Service squad communicated very will sending multiple reminders of our appointment and had a very easy process for making and appointment. Nathan and Dylan were very professional and capable, even though I didn’t know anything about the houses plumbing they were able to figure it out quickly and preformed service with a smile.

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

We are very disappointed with the service that we received from Mr. Rooter plumbing. The technician came out to one of our rental houses and did not correctly diagnose the problem, was rude to us on the phone and then gave our tenants conflicting I formation from what he told us which led to further problems. We then had to hire another plumber the next day who was very knowledgable and able to solve the problem over the phone. We tried to contact customer service and it has now been over a week to receive any sort of answer. I absolutely would not use this company and would find someone else.

Great service! We needed a plumber to come out for our hot water. They came out within the hour and knew immediately what the issue was. It had been raining out so they wore shoe covers so not to get our floors dirty. They promptly fixed the issue and even looked at a shower faucet for us that we had been having issues with. They were very friendly and we will definitely use them again!

Had a leak in a valve box Jonathon and Dad came out repaired the leak for a reasonable price good guys easy to work with

Had work done a while back and had some shifting pipes. Called them back up and offered to fix the issue no problem and very timely. Jason was awesome and helpful. Very much appreciated their help. I am selling my home and had a leak under the foundation that I had to get fixed right away. Called a couple other companies and I felt like they were trying to rip me off because of the situation I was in. Victor Wilson sent Jeremiah to my home and I felt he was very honest with me. He explained in detail how to find the leak and how to fix it. He gave me a quote that even my realtor said was very good. He immediately started on it and did a fantastic job!! Its rare that a plumber does a good enough job that makes you feel compelled to write a review on them but these guys are great. They recently finished a big job for me and everything went really well. I noticed a very minor issue just this morning and they already came by to fix it and it was covered under their guarantee. Great family owned and run small business. Highly recommended.

Had a hot water heater valve go out on me. A replacement part had to be ordered and came in the afternoon. The guys came after hours to ensure I had hot water that evening, despite their truck breaking down that day. Really appreciated the professionalism and customer service. Reasonable labor charge as well.
