Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

We needed our tankless water heater de-scaled. We called multiple companies and no one would give us a quote over the phone. Brovo’s plumbing not only gave us a price over the phone but it was the exact amount at the time of service. They gave us a window between 8-11am and they were he in between that window with a curtesy call 30mins prior to them showing up.

We had a clogged drain. I had tried to unclog myself several times, but the issue kept coming back. When I called, Brittney did a great job. She was super helpful. Then Nick came and completely fixed our drain. ClearWater saved us. I would definitely recommend ClearWater to anyone.

Called and spoke to Phillip regarding an issue with our tankless hot water heater. Phillip walked me through the issue and thoroughly explained what he thought the problem might be. He was absolutely right and we were able to get our hot water running soon after. I have never used this company before but with the professionalism and expertise provided by Phillip we will absolutely call them for our plumbing needs again. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Larry, Carissa and their team have done work for us in the past helping with a clogged clean out line and when our water heater went out yesterday they were my first call. They were here the next day to provide a quote and not only replaced our water heater the same day but even installed a water shutoff valve at our water softener system to avoid future leaks.They did a great job, and my family and I appreciate the quality of work they do!

Desmond Koontz and his team were rock stars!!! Plumbing is and can be very overwhelming! Had several companies come out and look and Desmond from Royal Flush is the only one who diagnosed, created a plan and solution for my plumbing needs. I had to have all if my existing plumbing replaced under my slab and was super stressful. Desmond and just team kept me up to date and informed on every situation, left the house clean everyday and when they were done besides the cement, couldn’t even tell I had work done. Very pleased with the quality, he is just a humble, honest plumber! Couldn’t be happier.

They tried to get me hot water for the weekend but the wires was too far gone so they're going to put in a new one next week hot water heater

These guys will OVERCHARGE YOU! They gave me an estimate of $1200 for the SAME JOB that a different company gave for $350! I obviously had the other company fix the problem and they did an excellent job. Avoid McCalman if you like saving your hard earned money!
