Best Gas Line Testing in Fort Worth TX

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

Chrispy and Desi (Desiree) arrived 3 days ahead of schedule to replace the burst pipes in my wall, which was a tremendous relief for me. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and the pipes were replaced the same day so I didn't have to stay in a hotel. I am also a returning customer and have referred Clearwater Plumbers to friends and family members for the reasons above and the reasonable costs of their services. We called multiple plumbers in the area, but due to the Feb 2021 freeze we were told it would be a few days (or pay an outrageous after-hours fee) before anyone could come unclog our sewer line. Not only did the guys at Intuition come the very next morning, but they were very professional and knowledgeable. Their prices are fair and they take the time to answer all your questions and explain everything they are doing. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs!

Terrible experience just now November 2nd 2020 at 4:30 p.m. I CALLED Friday October 30th 2020 and spoke with Carol, set up an appointment with Carol and I was guarantied confirmation call November 2nd for the time frame for them to come out Tuesday November 3rd.

I waited all day today and called at 4:30 p.m. to find out what happened for the phone call. She stated she was on a conference call! All day? She said was going to call me eventually! Then she said we can come out tomorrow 8:30 to 9:00 a.m.

I have to work to pay them $160.00 an hour for just coming out and me (customer) being the one calling them (business) to check on appointment. Customer has to re-arrange work schedule to accommodate their appointment (their schedule) with a less then a 24hr. notice. Then I said I was going to check because Im working. Carol called me back less than five minutes and asked. So do you want us to come out or not because I’m about to close here in a little bit and I need to know. So now I need hurry up and
Accommodate the business again. As a customer now you have to be the one accommodating them and pay them too.

I asked to speak to some one about this issue and the Owner gets on phone, to my surprise owner was just as bad as employee and told me to come on and make it short because she has other customer waiting! So now I’m also a burden to the business!

This is not how you do business! So you get what you pay for! So be ready to be the scheduler, coordinator, to be on their time, not your time... and pay them too!
and hoping you don’t get into an issue because their customer service from employee and Owner is horrible!

I had Ellis out to install some faucets in my bathroom and to look at an issue I had with my kitchen faucet. He quickly, and beautifully, installed my two bathroom faucets. When he looked at my kitchen, he found the issue and had two ways to resolve it. One was quicker, and he did have another appointment to get to, but the other would make things 'look nicer'. He used the 'look nicer' method because, he said, if he didn't it would bug him all night! This is the kind of professionalism and honest integrity that I wish all the people I deal with would have. You can trust anything Ellis does for you. Cannot recommend enough - and would give him 50 stars if I could.

I can not say enough good about this company!!!!! We had bought a home and had issues with the downstairs toilet from Day 1 (literally). Used our home warranty and got minimal help and an outrageous quote to fix the leak under our home that was not covered by the home warranty. I received a recommendation from our Realtor for North Hills. Marcus came out to do some other remodel plumbing jobs and then did a full diagnostic of the toilet issue. It ended up that we had cracked pipes under our home and the floors needed to be jackhammered through to get to the problem. His quote was fair. The work. was more completed than the original company thought and involved two toilets and two areas of pipe. Marcus and his team worked a long, long day, but fixed all the issues. He is so knowledgeable, kind, on time, showed up when he said he would etc. etc.. WE can not thank Marcus, Jennifer and North Hills plumbing. enough.

I would not recommend this company. Inhad them come out to find a “mystery leak”. The guy was out here for an hour (was supposed to be 2) and was on his phone half the time taking notes I guess. He wasn’t very friendly and didn’t do any of the things that I was told he would do until I asked about them. He could tell me a general area of the leak, which I already knew, but could not pinpoint the problem. When I called customer service, she was no help when I told her I felt like I paid a lot more that what it was worth and she was very defensive. Do not go with this company.

We just had same job completed by another plumber, $4,650 cheaper!

Wes with Direct Source Plumbing is amazing. He has been to my house now twice when my wife was here by herself. She felt completely comfortable with him in the house. That piece of mind is priceless. I have been pleased with not only the quality of his work, but the quality of a person he is, and the company he represents. I have hired other plumbers in the past, but all of my future plumbing will be with Wes and Direct Source Plumbing.
