We had a garbage disposal go out and called Clearwater because of all their positive reviews. The dispatcher was very professional, providing a clear understanding of what was involved, how much the trip call would be if we didn't use them to do the work (Only $26), and had the plumber out the same day within hours.Nick Olivas was the person who arrived on time. He also was very professional, friendly, and helpful explaining what was going on. He gave me two options, told me the pros and the cons, and then exerted no pressure regarding which option to go with. His work looks great, he cleaned up around the work area well after he finished and was a very pleasant person to work with. We spent $1200 getting the hot water heater up to code using Witt. A service man, Anthony performed the work and ever since there have been several leaks, none of which existed prior to Anthony's visit. He always passes the blame and now, once again, after having a 2nd leak at the thermostat, he blamed someone else for having over tightened it.

When we called him back out the first time, he said he did us a favor by not getting the city out to inspect it as it wold have prolonged the repair by a couple of days. I said, we paid you to fix it, not cut corners. We didn't ask nor give permission to cut corners, I'm sure the city would like to know. That's when he decided to go ahead and fix the leak he caused.

Anthony has been the only to ever service this unit since it was installed 10 years ago and He says that I am just trying to get something for nothing. I said you were paid to bring it to code and leave it working properly and safely as it did before he came out.

$150 to come out and tell my wife that our water heater gas line was a little loose. Not only that but in needing to fill up their bucket they over tightened the spray nozzel on my water hose (instead of checking to see if maybe the oring or grommet was missing) apparently tighter is better, in doing so they broke the copper fitting on the end of my garden hose. It's a bummer but ?? at least I guess they tightened the gas line.

David and his crew came in completed the job in a timely manner, they were honest and even came in under there own bid, as well as saved me $3400 compared to the competitors bids. In a panic called Direct Source Plumbing. Amie was able to fit me in quickly which of course was an emergency with water flowing out of my wall. Yes I was able to turn off the valve but being the weekend needed water. Tyler came out, on time, explain my situation and fixed it quickly. I feel their prices are extremely extremely fair!!
