Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

Scheduler said they would be at my house in the afternoon. When I called at 4 I was still scheduled. At 5:15 they requested that I wait until first thing next morning. Luckily my sewer wasn't completely blocked. Once the serviceman got here he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was finished in 20 minutes, ran a camera, and gave us an estimate for replacing my very old sewer line.

I've had Service Company come help me with a couple of plumbing problems I've had that I couldn't fix myself with baby's first drain snake from Home Depot. Both times, they not only fixed my problem, they sent a camera down the drain to make sure there were no other issues, and they cleaned up after themselves really well.

What luck? LOL! My hot water heater bit the dust on Christmas Day. Not many people are working during the holidays and if they are they charge emergency fees to come out. Someone up above was watching out for me. I first googled for plumbers on Sunday afternoon and I found a company called All Valley Plumbing and Rooter. The person who answered my call is named Jonathan Hernandez and he told me he could be out on early morning on Monday and he would have my hot water either repaired or replaced by the end of the of the day. Well, he lived up to his word...I have a new hot water heater and the water is already beginning to get hot. Jonathan owns this company and he is fair and reasonable. I highly recommend ALL VALLEY PLUMBING AND ROOTER.

Called these guys out fix a leak in my master bathroom. They were able to come out quickly and diagnose the situation. Not only that, they were also able to catch other issues that I had no clue about, which included a break in my dryer vent. Work was really good, the guys are very friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Huge thank you to Kerry Lewis and his team. My wife and I were recently in an option period on an older home that had some plumbing concerns. Obviously with the option period ending quickly, Kerry and his crew worked with us to squeeze us into their busy schedule and did a fantastic inspection snaking the lines with cameras and other high tech equipment. Kerry is very experienced and did an excellent job explaining what was going on, concerns that may possibly arise in the future, and provided ballpark estimates on cost. More than anything, he was HONEST, trustworthy and NOT interested in trying to get our money or rip us off! His team does quality work that they take pride in, and have gained a customer for a lifetime!

They were installing 2 new toilets & even though some of the original work had to be redone, Jason was honest, considerate, explained the issue thoroughly, took ownership of the problem & resolved it promptly. $150 to come out and tell my wife that our water heater gas line was a little loose. Not only that but in needing to fill up their bucket they over tightened the spray nozzel on my water hose (instead of checking to see if maybe the oring or grommet was missing) apparently tighter is better, in doing so they broke the copper fitting on the end of my garden hose. It's a bummer but ?? at least I guess they tightened the gas line.
