They are fast and efficient. Very friendly. Only reason I didn't give five stars is because price is a little higher, but compared to the jobs done, it was well worth it.

My AC unit was acting up, couldn’t figure out why. I found this company and called them and they got a tech sent out immediately. Within a few hours my AC was working good as new. The staff was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and the prices were reasonable. In this Texas heat, I would highly recommend Circle E for all of your AC/HVAC needs.

Josue was knowledgeable and professional. We believe he looked out for us and gave us a fair assessment of what work our AC unit needed. I was afraid that our appointment was going to be rescheduled because it was 5:30 and no one had shown up but we got a call from an AirCo operator and Josue himself that the appointment was going to happen today. After being ghosted by another AC company I am so glad that Airco and Josue kept their word

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
