Best Furnace Repair in Fort Worth TX
David and Team at Sanders Plumbing are the best! They installed a new water heater for us and did not stop until everything was working as needed... He even saved me money by not replacing the circulator that just needed to be tweaked (not replaced). I will not call any other plumbers - Sanders Plumbing is the most dependable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable group of plumbers I have seen in my many years of living! I highly recommend them.

On a scale of 1 to 5, this company gets a 10. When no one else could get there or get the job done this company did. The owner took my call at 10pm, listened to my long story about the pool contractor that ripped my sewer line out while doing a 2 foot dig for a pool. He was there first thing in the morning at 9am and done by 4pm. They rerouted my entire line, fixed several things that they didn't even have to and provided excellent service throughout. The customer service at this company was excellent and the workers were professional, clean cut and polite. I highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed.

Service Technician Samuel Rodriguez. is a great representative of Max Mechanical AC Repair & Heating. He answer all of my question and took care to put on blue shoe coverings when coming in and out of my home. I told him what my problem was and knew what to do. Took care of my A/C unit, gave me some advice on what to do to keep my warranty valid and made a call to the office to make sure that I was covered under the previous company warranty. It is very rare that a different company will honor the warranty and work of another, but Max Mechanical got the job done. I will spend my hard earned money with them anytime. Thank you again Samuel Rodriguez for the putting my home back in the cool zone. God Bless the work of your hand and the people that you service.Melvin Nays, Jr.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
