This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. I called this company to fix kitchen sink’s slow draining problem.They tried to fix it and I am told there is broken pipe under ground. I paid $215 for nothing and They asked me $350 camera check and $1900 labor per day. Five days later I have found another company and they fixed it and there was not any broken pipe or any issue.

Came out on a weekend when we had water heater problems. Worked with the manufacturer and got it up and running.

I was referred to Service Company by a trustworthy friend and they were able to come out the next day. I them to come out and repair a leaky outdoor spigot. Clint showed up and not only did incredible work, but was so kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumping needs.
