Best Drain Drain Camera Inspection in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. I’m going to start by saying that Clearwater Plumbers are amazing. I’m a property manager and will only use Clearwater, they are courteous, professional, fast and get the job done. One on my properties had an issue with the toilet not flushing, I called in the morning and Clearwater called my tenant to schedule a service call that afternoon. And as they promised, Nicholas the technician was there on time. After inspecting the problem and clearing the blockage, Nicholas explained that the problem is actually coming from the city sewer and I should call the city. I called multiple times over a course of 2 weeks to get a tech out for a commercial business backflow issue. The first time I called, the associate stated we would get a call back that day for scheduling. I called the next day and the associate again stated we would get a call back. A few days later I called and the associate said the ticket had been deleted and she created a new one. I called the next day, since no one bothered to call me, and they said a tech would be out that very day between 1 and 4. No one ever showed up. I called back the very next morning was put on hold and then the call was disconnected. I called right back and spoke to gentleman who was extremely rude and said he shows no record of any ticket being made under the phone number I gave him. We only have 1 phone number. When I tried to explain to him the timeline and who I spoke to, he kept interrupting me with loud tones and would not let me speak. He became so rude I just ended up hanging up. I will never try to use this company again.

The service tech Jake actually showed up early and jumped into fixing my problems right away…Jake was very professional in his appearance and was polite and kept me informed of his progress and left the job site in great condition. Circle E staff were great and kept me informed of arrival time so I wasn’t surprised! I have used Circle E before and they are now my “go to” service company, I highly recommend them!

I had an emergency shower faucet repair. The facuet would not turn off, water continually running. After receiving a few no availability today from emergency plumbing repair business some even as long as Monday before repairs could be seen. I contacted this service and they were responsive and came the same day. Once they arrived, they began the assessment and provide my quote for the repair.
He was straightforward on the pricing and timeframe to complete. I will consider for future plumbing needs.

Replaced two exterior spigots

Replaced two washer spigots, had to cut sheetrock and replaced with an access panel (View obscured by washer). He doesn't do sheetrock and I think what he did do was sturdy, looked good, etc.

Replaced toilet. After some ordinary discussion we agreed on a brand and a price range etc and he was able to fit it in his schedule and pick one up right then and there. Hauled off old toilet and left everything in the area clean.

All workmanship was excellent and done in a way that should make future work easier.

After he looked at all the issues, he was open and up front about how he was going to do the work. Explained his plan to cut sheetrock and cover with access panel, etc and what the plumbing parts involved were. He left to his vehicle and returned with an estimate for those tasks, parts and all. He explained also that his prices were on the website and that he will have to change them to keep up with his own costs soon.

You could tell that he has 30 years of experience and really understands everything about the plumbing business.

Honest, transparent, great workmanship, will call again.
