I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. And an extra Thank You to all for saving the weekend. What an exemplary employee!

The appointment was scheduled for the morning. I had to call twice, and the second time they assigned a new plumber to install my new toilet. The new plumber did not arrive until 3pm.

Mike (the owner) was super helpful in explaining what repairs needed to be done, and his estimate of the cost was spot-on; Jonathan kept in communication with us and made sure we were being taken care of; and Elijah (who did the actual work) was awesome, worked quickly, efficiently, and kept us appraised of what he was doing the entire time. It’s SO hard to find a reliable and honest plumber, but we will be using Service Company Plumbing for all our future needs.
