Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. A difficult job on an old house with a slapped on addition Shane was able to correct the issue that years of handyman had not. Clearwater has consistently met or exceeded my expectations and done so at what I consider a fair price.

Originally called them to fix problems with our ac drain line, a problem with our water heater not heating and a toilet that was leaking. They did a great job at finding and fixing all the issues we had! I ended up having noise issues with the new toilet they had installed but they came out the next business day and to fix the issue. The guys stayed until they fixed the problem. I feel like most other plumbers would have given up but these guys went above and beyond to fix the issue. Definitely plan on doing business with them in the future!

called about a line that got damaged during a fence install. robert came out within an hour of my call and the line was fixed right away. also gave me some good advice on some other plumbing issues. one of the smoothest experiences i've had. will be going back for any future plumbing needs.

Horrible customer service! I have been trying to get my bathroom sink fixed since August. They came out I Paid $75.00 for the technician to tell me he needed the parts (knowing my faucet was leaking). To date I have been rescheduled 3 times and today Lacie told me my AHS denied the request and closed the ticket and she had no idea why. When I called AHS they said I MISSED the appointment and Lone Star canceled the appointment per Lacy!!! HORRIBLE
