Best Commercial Plumbing Repairs in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Repairman was early, very knowledgeable did the repair quickly and correctly. Charges for repairs were surprisingly fair.

Great Experienced Company

Replaced a 1972 tub faucet with new single handle control. I supplied the parts and Joyner did the installation which required sweating copper fittings in a wall. The plumber (who had 30+ years experience) wet down the area prior to the torch to insure no fire. The price was $30 less than they quoted because it took less time than anticipated. Had a broken water line from the street. Called one plumber and they quoted me a price of $6000-10,000. Ouch! I hired an unskilled laborer to dig up the pipe and find the leak, then called F&B to repair the pipe. I called them at 8 a.m., and by 10:30 the repair had been done for $175. This is the way plumbing repairs ought to go--fast and affordable.

Michael Gentry is the only person we use to do our plumbing work. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and pays attention to detail both to the work he performs and the homeowner's safety and wellness especially during these uncertain times by wearing a mask for the duration of his visit and will not step inside your house without shoe covers on! By far the best plumber we've ever used, work always done right the first time, a definite Gentleman and does QUALITY work!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
