Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

Repairman was early, very knowledgeable did the repair quickly and correctly. Charges for repairs were surprisingly fair.

Cory Reeves and his assistant were both very professional. They took great care in cleaning out the clog in our pipes. Cory spent extra time to show me the video footage of our pipes so I could see for myself the state they were in so that my husband and I could make the best, informed decision on future steps to take to maintain our home’s plumbing.

After 8 quotes to replace the main sewer line in my home, I was convinced to call Roto Rooter. I am so glad that I did! Steve came out and gave me a quote which was HALF of what a few of the other companies charged! He performed the service within 2 days and left my yard clean. Steve (and Melissa) answered all my questions and contacted me every step of the project. Here's the kicker -- Steve found a hole in my kitchen pipe while under the house and replaced it. I can’t recommend Service Company Plumbing enough! We had them out this week as Part 2 of a major home repair, and they made the process a breeze from start to finish! Mike (the owner) was super helpful in explaining what repairs needed to be done, and his estimate of the cost was spot-on; Jonathan kept in communication with us and made sure we were being taken care of; and Elijah (who did the actual work) was awesome, worked quickly, efficiently, and kept us appraised of what he was doing the entire time. It’s SO hard to find a reliable and honest plumber, but we will be using Service Company Plumbing for all our future needs. If you value integrity, professionalism, and courtesy, these are the guys to go with!

My initial experience was ok, while they couldn't find the cleanouts at first, they found them after they had done their work. Lines in the house were backed up. Was billed $275 for less than 30 minutes of work, and now I've left a voicemail 4 days ago and not been called back, for the exact same issue a month later. Initially they were responsive, and my issue seemed to be resolved, but it clearly was not. I guess i'd be cautious on this one.
