My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

We have been using Fischer and Boone exclusively for almost forty years. They have taken care of our plumbing repairs in five houses as little children grew up to be some of their licensed plumbers. Most recently we had a very difficult stoppage in a sewer line and they worked tirelessly to resolve the problem. We have used MRP a few times now. Chad and Michael are both very professional and so far, under-promise and over-deliver. We had a pipe repaired that 2 other plumbers said would require ripping up our mudroom tile. Chad completed the repair perfectly without damaging even one tile. At a subsequent visit, Michael replaced our aging water hose spigots and our hot water heater. He explained the options for repair vs. replacement in detail, and very patiently answered all of our questions. Carol is great for scheduling, and it is so easy to reach her and get an appointment made. Pricing is competitive and service is excellent.

Desmond was outstanding! It was late Friday afternoon of the Memorial Day weekend. He agreed to look at my leak after he finished working on a house up the street. He found and fixed the leak in my front yard in less than an hour. He is a very personable and professional young man. I can’t say enough about him! After a horrendous experience with another plumbing company who took my money and did NOTHING to help me, I called Trusted Plumbing.
I don't even know where to begin. First of all, the sweet lady answering the phone was VERY helpful and kind. Even she knew the right questions to ask and scheduled me right away. Made me feel instantly comfortable and confident that I was going to get great, fair, honest service!
Then, Michael came out and explained EVERY detail, gave options, and was super friendly. Detected my leak and gave me advice on how to proceed and quoted a very fair repair estimate.

We will never use this company again. The plumber who did the job was fine but we were outrageously overcharged for the amount of time and work that was done.

Very friendly, punctual and competent. We've used them before and will use them again as the need arises. John always homes in on the problem quickly and gets the job done fast. We have never had any complaints about their work.

Its rare that a plumber does a good enough job that makes you feel compelled to write a review on them but these guys are great. They recently finished a big job for me and everything went really well. I noticed a very minor issue just this morning and they already came by to fix it and it was covered under their guarantee. Great family owned and run small business. Highly recommended.
