This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

I live in the northwest Dallas area which has had ongoing natural gas outages over the last several weeks. Sanders Plumbing is one of the many companies/contractors for Atmos Energy who are repairing and restoring resident's gas service and I was fortunate enough to have had them assigned to our home. The repairs took place over a 24 hour period as it was a large project...running a new gas line from the meter at the alley all the way to the house. During that time, their proffesionalism, courtesy and communication with me and my family was outstanding. Their efficiency was also amazing, like a well oiled machine. They really know how to keep customers happy and were nothing short of great. They earned a new customer in all of this as they will be the only company I call for all my plumbing needs. These guy's rock. I have used them two times now and probably next week for a faucet issue. So friendly and fast. I called thinking it would be a few days each time and same day they show up. Cost is mind blowing too, I often expected to pay more. I liked them so much I gave them to my friend to give out as a plumber to to clients. I highly recommend them.

I love using Molberg plumbing. They are good people who really care about their customers. They did a sewer scope on my house before I bought it (a MUST for old homes) and then helped me come up with a plan for dealing with a broken and root filled sewer line until I could pay for a full replacement. They cleaned/cut up the roots to buy me some time, and then they eventually did the full sewer line replacement for me about 10 months later. They also installed my faucet and garbage disposal during a kitchen remodel.

I had a gas leak near my gas meter in January 2021. I immediately called Molberg. Atmos had given me a coupon for the repair that at the time Molberg was not able to honor. The owner, Jordan, gave me a recommendation for another plumber who could honor the coupon and save me quite a bit of money. Even though I had to use someone else, Jordan called me the next day to check in and make sure that I was doing okay (no gas meant no heat or hot water in the middle of winter) and that we were able to get someone else out there to fix it.

They’re booked solid for months so don’t expect quick service. But, I know the owner and he and his team are some of the finest people in the plumbing industry. Our company did his personal roof and he’s always great and fair to deal with.
