I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). Bravo’s plumbing came out for a last minute request in March when we accidentally broke a sewage pipe while working on a home project. I called a lot of plumbers but they were one of the only ones that came out that same day, as it was late in the day, and gave us a significantly better quote than anyone else. They came out the next morning and had it fixed in no time. Great family business!

Last Thursday evening just after 6 PM while doing laundry, I flushed the toilet and realized that the main sewer drain to my house was almost completely clogged. I called and got the recording that you had closed for the evening. Friday morning at 8 I called to make an appointment hoping to get the problem resolved before the weekend since I'm expecting company on Monday. I was told that your crews were booked up and would likely not be able to do the repair until Monday but you would try to work me in. Around 5:30 PM I got a call from your employee Brett M. who said he was on the way to my house. When he arrived alone, I recognized him from a previous service call about 8 months ago. On the previous service call he had a helper which made the job easier since to main access to my sewer line is the vent pipe on the roof. He worked until well after 6 taking 3 attempts to resolve my problem. I REALLY appreciate the great service from your business and employees like Brett helping me out before the weekend. I know what it's like to work late on a Friday evening but I got the same great service that I did the last time. You're lucky to have a great employee like him. Thanks again.

Had a massive leak in main water line. Originally called out another service to see if they could locate the leak. The could not without further damaging the pipes. Quoted us a price that was pretty far up there. Called out Michael who also looked for the leak. He found two areas that were leaking. The quote he gave us was half what the other company wanted to charge. We, of course, had them come do the work. He was at the house and ready to go at the exact time frame quoted. Worked hard and was super nice. Took two days to fix our problem and now works better than before. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing repairs. They are reasonably priced and do great work.

Great service! My sprinkler valve had broken and I called HEB Plumbing & Sprinkler and was able to get service right away. I scheduled the service during my lunch hour. They were considerate enough to send two guys out to get the job done for me since I was leaving work to meet them. They were done in less than 1 hour and I was able to return back to work on time. Thank you HEB for your awesome service. Oh and the cost was very reasonable! Moving forward, they will be my sprinkler service.

I recently bought a house, within 4 days of being there we noticed the toilet was flushing slow or not at all. I bought an auger and snaked the drain only to pull weeds. I wanted to call a local company because i believe in supporting the community. I called woody woods and received great customer service from a gentle men over the phone. I was advised that a gentlemen would be sent out in a few days. When the plumbing technician arrived he removed the toilet and we could see the weeds. The way it looked i believed he would get them out in no time since you could actually see them. This was not the case, he tried 2 different auger machines and nothing he told me it was a tough one. The plumbing tech told me that he was going to have to cut my vent pipe to even get to them because of how the pipe was routed. He cut the vent and still could not get them, he told me that he was probably going to have to bring a partner out with him, but he did not let me forget that he charges 80 dollars and hour for his service. He tried to snake the plumbing line one more time only to have his auger machine break down. He placed a rag in my drain and said he would be back in three days with a partner, but i should no that it will be at least 800 dollars since the weeds were so tough,. He left, the drain that he left open ended up backing up into my hallways and bed rooms. I called rooter rotters that same day, they sent out an actual, PLUMBING PROFESSIONAL', and the line was cleaned of all weeds in 20 minutes. The plumber did not even have to go in my house to do it, he went to the outside drain!!!!! I'm writing this to let anyone who reads it know, woody woods plumbing are crooks. The plumber they sent out smoked cigarettes the entire time, bragged about how much money he made and was very very unprofessional. The customer service over the phone is great but when it comes to actual plumbing work it is not. If i could give no stars i would, but one is the only description they have for bad service. Stay away, give your money to a company that values its customers.
